Take a taxi to Church Street and eat at Three Quarters Chinese. Very good food albeit a bit clinical in entourage. Bangalore boasts some of the best Chinese food outside of China. Church Street is the centre of food in Bangalore so you should go there anyways. Don't stay in the hotels for dinner. They serve westernized food at exorbitant prices!
