I have just returned from CAI, although as I was in F, I cannot comment specifically regarding the onboard service, suffice to say that I am sure that the champagne (often Charles Heidsieck) and wine should be good as is the food, although that sometimes varies.

I think you will enjoy the NGCW seat, although as I have only flown BD's J product to ALA and TBS, which is not the same aircraft that is used on this route, so I cannot compare.

The lounge facilities at T5 are great and should be much better than BD's T1 facilities (I will see the T1 lounge for myself later this year), the facilities at CAI much less so; I arrive as close to the 70 minute minimum check in as Cairo traffic allows.
