Cool $400+ is enough to make me want to get rid of it

I had the Platinum AMEX (not DL AMEX) as part of a loyalty program (gratis); however, the loyalty program hasn't renewed their partnership with AMEX so it will cost me $400 or $450 (I forget which) to renew! The main thing I use it for is access to CRC; however, since I've pulled back on my travel this year, why should I pay $400 for the privilege to have this card?! (Of course, if they beg me to stay and give me a reduced annual fee... I might just consider hanging on to it!)
