4) no, you do NOT need cell coverage to use T-Mobile At Home. It DOES work over the broadband, however the SIM card is still necessary.

5) Don't know. The LNPI rules should apply, but it depends on whether it is a "portable" number or not.

6) NO. I was not happy to find this out either. My fax did work with Vonage, but it does NOT work with T-Mobile At Home.
