Basically he has done some perliminary research, however he is having trouble in focuing on the airlines to do more detail work. Especially the AA/TWA merger being a few years back.

So any information will be greatly appreciated.

Also experience on TWA will also be good research material to really understand the strategy of the 2 airlines at the time from a pax point of view.

Watch for people with TWA in their FT handles; they're often a good source.
