1) Well - in my experience SQ is the only airline not putting you on alternative star partners o far, when THEY messed up the intinerary. LH does that all the time. They would have not problem in putting you on a UA, AC, OS,LX,NH etc. flight when they mess up your itinerary.
Yes, unfortunately I got your point. When an airline cancels a flight, they will offer to put you on the next nearest available flight. And this one happens to be 2 hours earlier. Did you tell them why you want the later flight? Cos your LH flight is arriving in HKG at 1550. Which gives you a 2.5 hour connection in HKG. Which is more than enough.
2) The second point i that the supervisor told me by phone and wrote by mail that he guaranteees me a seat on the 00.30 to accomodate for the mess and I do not have to decide that now she wrote on 20th of January.
Yes he can only guarantee you a seat if it is available. If the flight is full, where is he going to get that seat? He can't hold it for you till you make up your mind!
3) Given only Murphys Law, the low likelyhood of the event of default and the fact that she wrote I can guaranteed rebook (well the rebooking of the ticket was free anyway, but the guarantee word in the mail is important here) the Indemnity letter is not a too far option (whereas option is the right word - costing them only in case the event would take place
4) Well 50€ is nothing for them and must actually according to IFRS standards be accounted for in serious businesse and be included in any "dicontinued operations business calculations"
The issue here is that you are asking SQ to pay for your other ticket's reissue. If LH agrees with your situation, then why doesn't LH waive the change fee? They can do that you know.
5) The LH ticket already existed. It had a carrying value of 1010€ (the initial amount of 820€ plus 190€ rebooking fee. Had to rebook it, since the night before the flight my mom got a cancer diagnosis)
The recoverable amount in event of cancellation was 210€ in taxes and fees loosing me 800€ (a lot of money for a student)
Airlines generally will waive rebooking fees in the event of a family emergency and you cannot travel on the day you had originally booked. Same situation here. If LH is sympathetic of your plight, then they would be able to offer you a full refund. But they didn't, why not? You already said that you didn't know what to do in HKG... well, if you had explained the situation of not wanting to go to HKG now given that the whole experience of the postponement of the trip due to the family crisis has left you with a bad taste in the mouth.. you could have asked LH to reissue your entire ticket to CDG-FRA-SIN-SYD return on LH / SQ special fare, and waived the change fee too. But you didn't did you? Please do not quote me on change fee this and that.. I have worked with airlines most of my life and I know what can and cannot be done. LH is the one here that didn't do what they could have.
6) As said in the opening I did not know what to do in HKG for 6 days so I booked this flight.
There can be so much to do in HKG for 6 days....
Shatin, Aberdeen Harbour, Ocean Park, The Peak, Lan Tau Buddha Temple, Jade Market, Disneyland, Causeway Bay, Macau, Guangzhou, Shenzen... to name but just a few.
So you see I think I was not too far of track, but if youd like to stick to your "perfect service" picture of SQ then do so and I wish that you never get in a situation like this.
I for one does not think of SQ having "perfect service" but I would like to add the points you are asking is basically unreasonable. No airline will give you such a guarantee ... and no airline will write out a letter of indemnity! Try asking LH to give you such a letter if you're flying in from say HKG on CX and see if they will do all that you're asking!

1. No they won't put you in a hotel for such a short layover. If you really want a hotel, there is always the Transit Hotel. Its less than 30 euros for 6 hours.
2. Yes. Its called the Krisflyer Gold lounge. Your SEN card will get you in there.

So far SQ has done nothing since they caused these problems. They deny everything, show no initiative to offer solutions by themselves (except - if you pay us another 7000HKD we will put you in a higher fare class and - solved WHAT A RIP OFF CONSIDERING THEY CAUSED IT)
Is this normal? Is there no initiative to be shown to a young customer hence destroying future contribution margin by me!
Like I said before. 2 hours is MORE than enough for a connection in HKG. You did tell SQ that you're coming in from FRA on LH?
In all due respect, it would have been easier if you had NOT called SQ and asked all your demands. Cos if you had just cross referenced your SQ booking with LH's arriving info, SQ would have done all possible to connect you if LH got delayed. They would not however be willing to put you on UA.
In the off chance that things got bumped.. well, we will take it as it comes. Don't look for trouble, otherwise it will find you.
Go with what you have now, and just enjoy yourself. The more you worry that you are going to be delayed..well, you will.
