Almost. Here's the details:
Back in 1999, I listed
3 UA drink/headset chits for sale on eBay. Just for fun and trying to make a point to my girlfriend about how with a little "marketing" by a nice item description, even almost worthless paper could fetch good money on eBay, I wrote the following sales pitch:

Often referred to as "chits" by the airline industry, these entitle the bearer to their choice of either a Cocktail or a Movie Headset rental while onboard a United Airlines flight. This set represents 3 different types of these popular chits, making this a great addition to any United Airlines collection. The top chit shown below is by far the rarest and most difficult to obtain...a Premier Executive 1K chit.
