Very pleased that LGW tried to do this on Sunday - clear announcement for any Gold/Silver/Club pax in the gate area to board first then they'd board by row number especially as it was a full flight. Unfortunately it was Gate 58 so the BP check/scans are all done on entry and then everyone sits in the 'lounge' area by the gate doors (vs. BPs being scanned at the door). So of course, people ignored it and there was nothing the staff could do to enforce it But ^ for trying

From various reports here it seems LGW is really getting good at this ^ Like the Flounge beverage offerings, the 'flagship' Terminal continues to lag behind
