IN fact, in BOM, I had to ask for lounge access (Clippper lounge) after completing check-in. They didnt even offer it automatically.
Talk about hit or miss. My last flight to BOM, on the return I was happy with my bulkhead Y, but upgraded the Mrs. At check in, the concerige made sure to let us know about the Clipper and gave us both passes even though I was not eligible to enter on her J. But, more than anything else, I just remember never being irritated with the check in process, which was a first in my trips to or around India. I think that sums up my conceriege experience - nothing spectacular, but all around efficient.

Edit: whoops, I thought I was still in the other concierge thread. oh well, this one will disappear again soon enough.
