another gold 'enhancement'
It has always been my understanding - and the ground staff spell it out at GLA - that golds and silvers can board anytime despite the plane being boarded by seat row number. Today at T5 I wandered up for my GLA flight and the gate person said - 'looks like nobody listened to my anouncement re boarding by seat row number' - I muttered 'gold card' and wandered on.
Have they changed the rules?
