I think you got shafted, Kiez, but to moderate the flaws in your Customer Service....

I just got a very nice lady in the CS dept. of Krisflyer.

Internet check-in was not happening for me as I start a trip on LH metal this w/e (trips beginning with codeshare can't apparently), but she let me book seats for my SQ legs for flights 50 hours away and even the return leg in 10 days.

btw. I am no-status KF (LH M&M is my programme)
