Are Asian routes busy around Thanksgiving?
The last few years I've generally been in Europe the week of Thanksgiving and have found the flights there and back to the USA (specifically, SFO) to be pretty empty, and my upgrades have cleared without fail.
Is the same true of routes to Asia, in particular weekend flights to and from BKK, HKG, or NRT? The flights I'm most interested in are currently NC0.
