Breakfast Issues at Holiday Inn Express

Has anyone else ever caught a location putting out week old expired milk, facing the expiration dates away so that unless you check, you won't notice?

This morning eating breakfast, noticed the milk was FULL today, where as yesterday it was almost empty of milk (all expiration dates current), and went to grab a carton and it was over a week expired... saw that all the ones up front were the bad ones, faced away so people don't see them, and the only good ones were the few ones in back, from the previous day...

I reported this to the staff and they removed them into a bowl and brought into the back, while they had a trash can right next to the milk fridge that it could have been tossed into... fearing they will simply put out these bad milk cartons tomorrow (which I'll specifically be checking for tomorrow when I eat breakfast)

Also, the omeletes were the leftovers from the previous day, can easily tell this because they were dried out and not fluffy and easily cut into like the fresh ones...

Anyone else see this as an issue, maybe cost cutting because of the economy, or is this just a hotel trying to skirt by and not get caught?

Should I bring this up with the general manager, or just go to Priority Club directly on this? I'm calling the health department of the city here as to me that is a MAJOR violation to have expired milk thrown in there like that...
