Scoff at me. Call me un perdedor if you will. Planning to go to this concert on Sunday the 22nd. From what I can tell my best bet from Shirokanedai, taking into account that someone from Azubu Juban will also join, is to trake the Namboku line to Oji and then switch to JR Keihin-Tohoku Negishi and then to JR Tohoku. My question is, will my Passamo work on these two JR lines?
