Are you GGL? If so, I would e-mail a complaint to them and ask them to pass it on for you - it then tends to go right to "The CEO's Office" and get handled pretty quickly. If not, I would just submit it via 'Contact Us' logged in as a Gold via the EC website. Or, ask for a comments card from the CSD on your next flight (explain it's for something else, nothing to do with that flight/crew

) and then fill that in and post it in the UK.
If you can't remember her name, I'd just include as much detail as possible (e.g., rough time it happened and perhaps an objective simple physical description of the lady) - they should be able to track it down still.
