Look out for the "Customers said they don't want priority luggage or lounge access" comments as they cut services.

On one side they had Priority luggage in colour and the other, 3 grey boxes. On the other - Extra Luggage, Upgrades, guaranteed no middle seats, no special treatment at the airport.
