I'm not sure what relevance that accident has to 3407. Although right at stall speed when they lifted off, they don't appear to have stalled - at least not before striking obstacles off the end of the runway which damaged at least one wing and almost undoubtedly altered the stall speed. It is certainly conceivable that they could have avoided the accident had there been no obstacles, although flying out of ground effect while behind the power curve with the roll oscillations may have resulted in the same outcome.
