Been through the threads and could not find my answer. I have friends flying YYZ to FCO. The adults are in J on a Z Fare and their four kids are in coach. None have Elite Status anywhere. The adults both have lounge access with their fares. Can the children ages 12 to 17 have access without buying lounge access as family members guests?
