This is what United.com says about credits on BMI:

Service Class Redeemable Mileage Credit EQM/EQS Credit Business Class C D J A P 125% 500 miles minimum 100%

Economy U L Y S O B K M H

No Mileage Credit X I Z R 0% 0%

Terms & Conditions
Mileage accrual and redemption is possible only on scheduled flights operated by the airline partner. Flights and routes may be changed by the airline partner at short notice. The miles accrued are determined by the operating airline. Please note that the booking class shown on your ticket may differ from the booking class relevant for mileage accrual. Please retain your boarding pass and a copy of your ticket until the mileage credit is reflected on your Mileage Plus statement. The general terms and conditions for the Mileage Plus program will apply.

UA does offer free WiFi for RCC members in almost all locations. Not as much as CO or NW but comparable to what DL offers. Certainly the drinks are better in that they are free.
Well since DL doesn't offer FREE wifi anywhere unless you are a CRC (not a guest from a partner club) member specifically and you ask the agent at the desk for a T-Mobile card, I'll go along with it being the same RCC, but not the same as CO or NW which was my point.

No I am saying Asiana, Turkish, SAS, and all the other *A carriers do not credit more than 100% EQM, and I am getting this from UA's website (http://www.united.com/page/article/0,6722,1177,00.html). I didn't look at EVERY single partner, but so far as I could see ONLY LH offers more than 100% and only on F. So I don't know what to say, I'll go by what's on United's site.
