Economy available on that date via MUC if you prefer;
LHR => MUC => IAD => TPA
LH4753, LH414, UA727

Talk it out to the agent, say something to the effect of I'd like to fly from London to Munich on LH4753 (departs 11:10AM) once they look that up and say ok, then you can say 'and connecting onto LH414'...

edit: there's also availability on LH4861 (11:05) if you prefer MAN-MUC-IAD-TPA
