When I flew them it was as an AZ codeshare and crediting to AZ was thus an option -- and for that matter, crediting to DL worked as well, even though CY is not a DL partner. But that only worked because it was booked as an AZ codeshare. Otherwise assume must be credited to Cyprus' own program, though I haven't looked at this in 2 years..
