Climbing in the overheads (as long as the climber is within the weight limits) and running TP races are not bad, IMO. Sorry if others disagree, but I just don't see those things as a problem. but climbing in the overheads, ya I have an issue with it overall, it doesn't matter if they were facilitating it, that is how headrests break!
Also just because someone is facilitating you doesn't mean you aren't being umm....setup. DO you have pics of who helped you?
