Been PPS, now DM and never looked back
I have the same problem about the new J on SQ where I find it difficult to slot my feet in (there are not that huge).
However, as a DM, I definitely enjoy much better service that when I was an SQ PPS. Waitlist clear, companion award clear, upgrade clears and the chances of upgrade on a full flight are great.
