I did a BOM-COK trip with them last November, which was fine. Outbound was early, inbound was late...but not that late by Indian standards . Plane (A320) seemed fairly new and was very clean. Helpful crew too.

Comfortable enough but then I was in their Go Comfort cabin, which has extra pitch and middle seats blocked ^. Food was complimentary but not up to Jet's standard, and if you're down the back you would have to pay for it. Overall for short flights they're fine, and I haven't seen any adverse publicity in the Times of India so far. BA were reported to be looking into a franchise agreement with them last year sometime...
