I have purchased at GiftCertificates.com through the NWA Mall and the math doesn't work that way. You get 3 miles/dollar from GC and NWA doubles it. So for a $500 Bose, you'd get 500 x 3 x 2 = 3,000 miles.
That's why the best way to purchase a Bose is at Sharper Image (7 miles/dollar) when NWA is doubling miles - a total of 14 miles/dollar.
