and click on the link under note 8 down the bottom. That takes you to an interactive map where you can click on your departure city and the flight options from that city, as well as the number of points required for said flight.

Generally you do not get a choice of what airline you fly on. Nor do you redeem flights through airlines FF schemes - instead Amex books a ticket for you.

Calgary isn't an option ex-Sydney.
