the offerings without pools can be much smaller and more private. for example IIRC MikeE made a comment about encore tower lobby being more private than wynn tower lobby. hallways were also very short.

and, if booking through FHR (and virtuoso?) you have the chance of receiving upgrade from tower suite > parlor suite. IIRC panoramic doesnt upgrade to tower.
