Since today seems to be voucher day, here's my (stupid) question.

Booked a flight using a voucher (first for me) on 2/4 & sent said voucher off in the mail the very next day as instructed. Told by the agent who handled it if voucher not rec'd w/in 21 days in FL, flight gets cx'd.

Nearly 2 weeks have passed & flight has yet to be 'ticketed' in my AAcount. Just got off the phone w/AAgent who now says that they don't actually ticket the flight until 7 days out, regardless of when the voucher is rec'd.

Any one know which AAgent is correct?
