Fresh seasonable greens
This was a small side of mixed mesclun greens with a herb dressing (mostly dark green and vile-tasting).

Also served was a dish of seasoned peeled orange wedges, tomato, and chicpeas.

main course

Trio of mushroom saag, basmati rice and lentil and kidney beans

Gulab jamun (3)

Assorted treats are available throughout the flight

prior to arrival

Warm dish of tofu, cauliflower (coated in batter) and long beans in a spicy sauce. On the side was a large plate of cold long beans, and red and yellow peppers with lettuce.
