I think this is great. I've always critiqued the F dessert offerings, being one who doesn't like chocolate/fudge. The menu always used to say, "ice cream w/ sundae toppings", yet the only topping choice was hot fudge. So I always had to default to cheese&grapes, or else ask for a C-class dessert.
