CALL! I did and got the $112 at MCO taken off for this same mess! The phone folks do it IMMEDIATELY not in 2 weeks LOL! (I just called the number on the website!)

This is one reason I am probably going to change car rental companies. Apparently the decision not to have a return staff has another side.. increase revenue with inaccurate charges???
