You shouldn't get lounge access to the US lounge in LAX or PHX. But MAYBE showing your OZ boarding pass in LAX will get you in but I would not keep my hopes up. Depending on how long your layovers are in LAX and PHX you may want to purchase a day pass to be able to use the lounges.
