I'd concur with Raffles, try Lufthansa or Swiss connecting through Frankfurt, Munich or Zurich. The service on either will be superior to what you are likely to get in US Envoy or UA Business. In my mind, the service on Swiss is excellent in Business but Lufthansa business class seat is more comfortable than the one on Swiss's A340s and miles ahead of the seats on the old Swiss A330s- although there are some new ones coming online soon with a new Business Class product.
