I didn't see the LH flights in early June because my dates are 21 June +- 2 days, back 29 June +-2 days. It's due to the ~5 vacation days per year in America for those who don't work for the government.

I will look at Miami as you suggest - I hadn't tried that.

So I can't upgrade, but is it possible to do miles+cash in Business? To do that, I have to see an available award seat in business on the ANA tool, right? And then catch a leprechaun, I know.
