When I use KVS to look at the C seat map for BA218 DEN-LHR on 05 May it shows all 18 of the window and middle seats as reserved and just the 18 aisle seats as available. That just doesn't fit with my sense of reality. What's going on? BTW, KVS is unable to bring up W or Y maps.

I need to call tomorrow regarding advance seats because my travel partner is disabled but want to understand what's going on with the seat map before I talk to them.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
