Civil Reserve Air Fleet
US Airways is designated as part of the Aeromedical Evacuation section of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet. Does anyone know if it is only the B767's that could be yanked off their routes and pressed into service during the coming months? Could the A330's be pulled too?
