Slightly off the beaten path, but the Coach House in Tzaneen, South Africa has a little 2 way door in each room. So if you request a wake up call, they ring your door bell and put your hot coffee, and fresh breakfast in the compartment (all served on a silver platter). They also call with the friendly wake up. I guess if you wanted to sleep in, you could just call when you awoke and they would deliver your "hidden" breakfast. Really one of the nicest free breakfasts ever.
