I travelled extensively on IT during the summer and got a hot meal on every Kingfisher Class flight. Spectacularly, we even got one on a Agra-Delhi flight, which involves maybe 25 minutes of actual flying! Air Deccan (KF Red) I only flew once, late night (10pm) and got nothing AFAIR.

Usually choice of veg or nonveg Indian meal, including sweet, bread and main dish. They also give you gifts and sweets. It's a great airline.
