Most car-rental co.s are very 1-way friendly within FL as per N9MD above--for regular cars. Convertibles may be another matter.
Sunrisegirl, if U don't need to do anything between MCO & FLL, why not buy a 1-way air ticket, then reserve the car with pickup in FLL & return to TPA?
