Well, one can easily save $200/month with priceline (obviously no rufunds, no gold service etc) so hertz is trying to find a way to offer prepaid discounts witout cannibalizing their main business. Not an easy task.
I am curious how prepaid pricing will compare with priceline or hotwire rates.
