Firstly, there is no US E90. The model on the Nokia USA site is the same as elsewhere: quadband GSM, WCDMA HSDPA 2100.

The hardware has had some minor changes (affecting the keyboard) - nothing significant. Apparently the software updates have made some big differences htough.
