Bingo. You'll have no trouble proving the award calendar spits out false infomation. You'll find it impossible to prove willful intent to deceive. In "successful" CAs which are usually settled without admission of guilt, there has to be strong evidence of willful intent to deceive. (Think printer software rigged to warn you to replace your ink cartridge when it's still one-third full.) In this case, you're not even close... it's just lousy software and lazy IT.
