a) go! (Mesa) operates out of the commuter terminal. It's more of a hassle to get to and from the mainland/international terminal. And you will end up walking outside on the tarmac to make the connection (as well as to board/deplane from the aircraft) which is loud, smelly, and no fun when it's raining.

b) go! uses CRJ200s. The worst aircraft God ever made.

c) go! has a miserable customer service record of canceling flights and stranding folks overnight who were depending on them not to cancel a flight.

d) go! lost an $80 million dollar court judgment for its business practices; it was the proximate cause of much misery in Hawai`i when it said that it intended to and then succeeded in bankrupting Aloha Airlines (all the while claiming how much they "loved" Hawai`i). They are bad news.

e) As noted, go!'s inter-lining of bags is completely inconsistent.

Please fly Hawaiian or Pacific Wings or IslandAir or Mokulele instead.
