I think the difference between something like Trip Advisor and FT, is that on FT, because most people do a lot of traveling, their expectations are a lot more realistic. TA seems to be comments from mainly leisure travelers, who take one trip in a lifetime, and don't quite "get it". I would trust the opinions expressed on FT over TA, personally.
They weren't actively working on the Disney resort when I was there, but they did break ground on it. Tough to say what you could expect in 10 months.

I have 11 nights to divide between Oahu and Maui....I am platinum with Marriott, and diamond with Hilton. Have plenty of points to use for award stays with each hotel...
What is the best usage of points to divide the stay? Maui will probably be the Marriott Wailea. But on the Oahu side, which would be better property?
