I was thinking of staying at this hotel for the 2009 xmas vacation. But after reading tripadvisor's reviews...theres been alot of negative reviews about this resort?

ON here it seems like its mostly positive reviews....which one is more justified?

also, heard there was a Disney resort being built next door, has construction started yet?
