There was a post (I think on Diamond Club) some time ago, about the NEW immigration stuff for US entry. You have to provide stuff online some time in advance (3 weeks?), but it doesn't cut out the queue when you arrive. You still need the green forms.
I'm a bit uncertain about the details, but this may prompt you to search farther afield for the right info. If you don't do the advance info, you will be refused entry, and maybe even turned back at the departure gate.
