US Preclearance at Dublin Airport

I'm new here, so apologies if this is the wrong forum.

Last year I flew EI119 (DUB-IAD) and was disappointed to discover that some Aer Lingus US-bound flights now don't use the preclearance facilities in the airport. I'm going on EI105 (DUB-JFK) shortly and am wondering should I prepare for the same again? I flew SNN-JFK a while back and was relieved to skip a huge immigration line on arrival.
