A shame there is nothing for the intl A to T3. There is a new bridge from G to T3 which is nice if you are a *A member.
But from what I heard on the UA forum, If you go to the intl terminal A they will let you into A to use the lounge but you will have to exit and reclear security again for the AA flight.
