For those of you who ordered iTunes, has anyone seen their miles post yet? (I mean the 2 miles/dollar, not the bonus). If so, how many days did it take?

I ordered a single song through Delta's portal shortly after this offer came up. Now I'm wondering if $0.99 wouldn't count as enough to trigger miles since it's less than a dollar. Anyone know?
