Sorry to be a bit late with this, but AA seems to have told ticketing agents not to use metropolitan codes (such as LON) on paper xONEx tickets. My MindPearl-issued ticket specifies LHR & even UVF (rather than SLU) even though the flight is specified as OPEN.
